Through the eyes of my Father
by Maree, NSW Australia
home duties, Aged 52
My Mother had been in a coma for two days before her death, as she took her final breath she opened her eyes as though being called, closed her eyes again and it was over, several years later I went to visit my Father who had been in hospital for a few weeks, my husband went to the shop and bought him an ice cream when my Dad became very alert and was looking over my shoulder towards the ceiling, when my husband returned we both began to cry as we looked at my Dads face, he did not speak and would not be draw away from
the vision only he could see, both my husband and i knew we had been in the presence of something known only to those close to death, my father had been blind for many years, what could he see in the three hours before his death.
