The end

I'm an atheist. Death is the end and not the end.
It's the end because you're dead. The body ceases to live and the you that lives inside your brain ceases to be. They put you in a box and cremate you and that's it. Finito.
Except for what you leave behind.
Photos, hard-drive, family history published, obsessive ex-boyfriend, people who will never forget.
All of that spread out across a dozen lives or more. So no-one is ever really gone.
