The Australian Museum reserves the right to edit all material submitted for the purposes of inclusion in "Death: the last taboo" exhibition and website www.deathonline.net and may publish extracts.
The Australian Museum does not undertake to publish all material submitted and reserves the right of refusal.
Material submitted will only be used for the purposes of this project and will not be used for any other purposes
Acknowledgment of material published will be as designated in the form completed above. All other information submitted (below) will only be retained for the purposes of the project (including archival information) and will not be published.
No fees will be paid in respect of any submission of material or image.
